This multi-award-winning development of 14 studio, one and two bedroom apartments is set in the vibrant area of Spitalfields, on the eastern edge of The City of London. The building uses terracotta cladding to contrast with the historic and contemporary elements of the immediate environment around this important infill site.
Developed in partnership with land owner Hammerson, the building won ‘Best Housing Development’ in the 2009 Grand Design Awards and an RIBA award for architectural excellence in 2010.
