The Eatons is a development of 60 super-prime residences on Eaton Terrace in the historic Central London neighbourhood of Belgravia.

Award-winning architect Pilbrow and Partners has created a six-storey building inspired by the grand terraces built in Belgravia during the 1830s and 40s by the renowned builder of London, Thomas Cubitt.

The buildings have been specified with a 120-year design life, the highest standard available, to ensure The Eatons will be as enduring as its Georgian and Victorian neighbours. The development makes a feature of large bay windows with balconies and terraces, and urban greening that delivers a 30% increase in biodiversity on the site.

The Eatons will run on all-electric power from a green energy supplier, supplemented by onsite photovoltaic panels, to enable residents make low-carbon choices. Heating and cooling will be handled by air-source heat pumps.

The Eatons is being developed in partnership with Amcorp Properties Berhad of Malaysia, a long-standing joint venture partner in Native Land’s residential business. The building freehold is owned by Grosvenor, with whom Native Land has a number of strategic partnerships in the UK and overseas.
