Chantrey House is located in Belgravia, close to the Victoria transport hub and comprises 28 private units and five retail units. Chantrey House was acquired in partnership with Malaysian investment group Insas in 2009 and held as a rental investment. The asset was repositioned over a three-year period through a programme of refurbishment, re-letting and active asset management.
The block was sold in 2012.
