Nicholas Gray is responsible for the design and presentation of the apartments, common areas and gardens, as well as the marketing and sale of the apartments at new Eidyn. Extensive work goes into the final presentation of the apartments, as well as creating a brand identity that is authentic to the development, while complementing the wider St James Quarter brand.
Nicholas started his career at international property development, investment and management company Grosvenor in 2002, working largely on Dorset Mews, Gilbert & Davis Street and 10 Montrose Place. Having worked with Native Land on 10 Montrose Place, he then joined the company in 2008 and has been Sales & Marketing Director since 2010.
Whilst working at Native Land, Nicholas has been responsible for almost £2bn of prime residential sales across a range of developments in central London and Edinburgh, both in the UK and internationally. In addition to sales activity, Nicholas has been responsible for delivering marketing material and PR strategies that have contributed to the success of the developments, as well as having extensive input into the design and presentation of each
Nicholas is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
