Nicholas leads the sales, marketing and PR side of the business together with bespoke projects for private clients.
He has been responsible for more than £2bn of prime residential sales across a range of developments both in the UK, in central London and Edinburgh, and internationally, principally in East Asia and the Middle East. In addition to sales activity, Nicholas has been responsible for marketing material and PR strategies that have contributed to the success of these developments, as well as having extensive input into the design and presentation of each development.
He started his career at international property development, investment and management company Grosvenor in 2002 as a Development Manager. Having worked with Native Land on 10 Montrose Place, he then joined the company in 2008 and has been Sales & Marketing Director since 2010. Through his extensive personal and professional network, he connects Native Land to key contacts, brands and opportunities.
Nicholas is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
