Nicholas is on the Native Land Board and leads the sales, marketing and product side of the business, together with bespoke projects for private clients.
He has been responsible for almost £3bn of prime residential sales across a range of developments in the UK, in central London and Edinburgh, through his extensive network in the UK and internationally, principally across East Asia and the GCC. In addition to sales activity, Nicholas has been responsible for marketing and communications strategies that have contributed to the success of these developments, as well as having extensive input into the design and presentation of each development.
Through his extensive personal and professional network, he also connects Native Land to key contacts, brands and opportunities.
Nicholas started his real estate career at international property development, investment and management company Grosvenor in 2002 as a Development Manager. Having worked with Native Land on 10 Montrose Place, he then joined the company in 2008 and has been part of the team since.
He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
