Jonathan started his career at property advisors Cluttons in 1990, before working alongside Alasdair as New Business Director for internationally recognised property development and construction company Taylor Woodrow, now Taylor Wimpey.
At Taylor Woodrow he led the acquisition of a number of high profile, major mixed-use projects across the UK.
Since co-founding Native Land, Jonathan has acquired over 2m sq ft of mixed-use development in central London and secured in excess of £1.5bn of debt funding.
Jonathan is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
