Jonathan is responsible for the company’s commercial transactions and works closely with a range of banks, funds, agents, landowners and joint venture partners in sourcing new opportunities and capital requirements for major mixed-use projects across the UK.
Jonathan started his career at property advisors Cluttons in 1990, before working alongside Alasdair Nicholls as New Business Director for internationally recognised property development and construction company Taylor Woodrow, now Taylor Wimpey.
Since co-founding Native Land, Jonathan has acquired over 4m sq ft of mixed-use development in central London and secured in excess of £1.5bn of debt funding.
