Polly joined Native Land in 2024 as a Development Executive, working across both Prime Residential and Native Land’s Bespoke Projects. She is involved in the delivery of luxury residential developments, including Kilmuir House and 100 George Street W1, where she supports development management and refinancing.
Polly plays a key role in the Bespoke Projects team, working on a range of bespoke properties, managing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, investors, and funds.
Prior to joining Native Land, Polly spent two and a half years at Knight Frank, gaining experience in their residential development and investment teams. Alongside her time on the graduate programme, she completed a Master’s in Real Estate at the University of Reading and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
