At Native Land, Phil is responsible for leading major mixed-use projects, including the redevelopment of South Kensington Tube Station and the landmark Bankside Yards. Phil contributes to the vision of Native Land’s developments and drives efficiency through the design and planning process.
With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Phil has extensive expertise in office, residential, and mixed-use development. He has worked as a sole developer and in joint ventures with various partners, including PLCs, private equity firms, and housing associations. Phil is adept at identifying and delivering value at both portfolio level and within individual projects.
In his previous role at St Modwen, Phil was Senior Director leading their London mixed-use development portfolio. Prior to this, Phil secured planning permission for Sampson House and Ludgate House, which later became Bankside Yards following Native Land’s acquisition.
