Phil is real estate leader with over 20 years’ experience; he identifies and delivers value at both portfolio level and within individual projects.
Phil has experience of office, residential and mixed-use development, working as sole developer or in joint venture with a variety of partners, including Plc’s, Private Equity and Housing Associations. Phil previously led St Modwen’s London mixed-use development portfolio and prior to that was responsible for securing the planning permission on Sampson House and Ludgate House, that was to become Bankside Yards following acquisition by Native Land.
Phil provides vision to our developments as well as driving efficiency through the design and planning process.
