Matt joined Native Land in 2024, specialising in the development and leasing of the companies’ commercial projects. This includes Bankside Yards, Native Land’s 1.4m sq ft mixed use development scheme, within which Arbor is the first completed building.
Prior to joining Native Land Matt enjoyed almost ten years as a Leasing Agent, latterly with Colliers, advising clients on development and leasing campaigns on portfolios across the West End and Midtown.
