Chris Fossick is one of the most experienced real estate professionals in the Southeast Asia region. During his career he has helped clients acquire and sell more than USD 30 billion worth of commercial real estate in Singapore, Japan, Southeast Asia and Europe. In addition, he has advised investors and occupiers on over 80 million sq ft of commercial leasing transactions in the office, retail, industrial and logistics sectors.
As a Non-executive Director, Chris provides Native Land’s board with experience and expertise that strengthens the company’s position as the development and investment partner of choice for international investors in the UK’s prime mixed-use, commercial and residential real estate markets.
Chris relocated to Singapore from the UK in 1989 and spent time living in Tokyo before returning to Singapore to become CEO of JLL’s Asia Pacific business in 2006. Chris was a board member of Sentosa Development Corporation in Singapore between 2009 and 2015, and the Global Vice President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors from 2011 to 2014.
