SIRA is a 42,000 sq ft workspace on a prominent corner of City Road. It is strategically located close to Old Street station in London’s Tech District. Native Land, for Shorea Capital, is repositioning the former Lipton Tea Company headquarters to create much-needed modern and sustainable office space. The historic character of the building will be retained, with 75% of the existing building preserved and upgraded.
Designed by award-winning architects Stiff + Trevillion, the all-electric building will make use of energy-efficient systems enabling Net Zero Carbon operations targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC A.
