Will Richards is Native Land’s Investment Management Advisor, responsible for supporting the company’s long-standing relationships with capital partners and investors across Asia.
Based in Hong Kong, Will works closely with Native Land’s shareholders and partners throughout the region, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Malaysia. His expertise helps connect Asian investors with high-quality UK real estate investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Native Land, Will was a Director within Savills’ Asia Pacific Capital Markets and Global Cross Border Investment teams in Hong Kong and Seoul, where he advised global institutional clients on investment and development strategies across the UK and the wider Asia Pacific region.
