Thomas joined Native Land in 2025 as Capital Markets Manager, supporting the company’s funding and investment strategy. He works across new business underwriting and debt and equity financing, helping to structure transactions and relationships with financial partners across the portfolio.
He brings experience across residential, office, hospitality, and retail use classes, alongside a strong background in real estate finance and development appraisal. Thomas holds a degree in Economics from UCL and began his career in the Investment team at CWG.
