Richard is an Investment Management Executive at Native Land, having joined in 2018 as an analyst in the Acquisitions team.
Richard transitioned to an advisory role at Native Land in 2021 while pursuing an MBA at Columbia Business School.
After gaining experience in multifamily investment in New York, he re-joined Native Land in 2024 to support transactions and capital raising.
Richard holds an undergraduate degree from Cambridge University and has three years of experience in Residential Development with Knight Frank, where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.
