Phil joined Native Land in 2025 from BGO, where he was a Principal in the central London team. At Native Land, Phil leads the delivery of Native Land’s commercial developments, ensuring the successful execution of the company’s diverse and high-profile portfolio, including Arbor, KOVA KX and SIRA.
With over 14 years of experience in the sector, Phil started his career at Cushman and Wakefield, then moved to BGO in 2015. In his previous position at BGO, Phil was responsible for investment, asset management, development, and leasing across a 1.5 million sq ft portfolio. He was a core member of the management team for Welput, BGO’s central London office fund, specialising in the repositioning of underperforming office assets into best-in-class buildings.
