As Director of Prime Residential at Native Land, Joe oversees the delivery of luxury residential projects, setting new benchmarks in design, quality, and exclusivity. His expertise has been instrumental in positioning Native Land at the forefront of the prime sector.
With over 10 years’ experience, Joe has worked on key projects, including Cheyne Terrace and Burlington Gate. He leads on the product, development management, and refinancing at Kilmuir House in Belgravia.
Most recently, he has been managing the redevelopment of South Kensington Tube Station in a joint venture with Places for London.
Joe also oversees Native Land’s Bespoke Projects, managing the refurbishment of heritage buildings on behalf of high-net-worth individuals and landed estates.
Joe holds a Master’s in Real Estate from the University of Reading and is a Chartered Surveyor.
