Jackie Tang

Jackie has worked with Native Land since 2017 and has subsequently supported the delivery of several high-profile residential projects, including Holland Park Villas, Twenty Five, and the upcoming 100 George Street.

As Customer Care Lead, she manages the customer journey from pre-completion to post-completion, working closely with contractors, project teams, building management, and purchasers. Her role includes coordinating pre-completion communications, overseeing key handovers, and ensuring homes are ready for residents. She also manages defect resolution during the liability period, mediating between residents and contractors to ensure issues are addressed efficiently.

Jackie, who has an MSc in real estate from Reading University and an MSc in global and digital marketing from the London School of Business and Finance, plays a key role in maintaining service standards and ensuring smooth operations across Native Land’s residential developments.
