Chelsea joined Native Land in 2025 following completion of an MSc in Real Estate Finance from the University of Reading. At Native Land, she is responsible for the delivery of Bankside Yards.
Prior to joining Native Land, Chelsea worked with several New York–based developers, where she was involved in the delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use developments. She brings a detail-oriented and collaborative approach to development management, with a focus on aligning project delivery and financial strategy to achieve the highest levels of commercial success.
