    Native Land’s Chelsea Scheme Celebrates Sales Success


    Native Land has today confirmed that all of the available apartments in its prime Chelsea residential development, Waldron House, have been sold off-plan.

    Sale prices for the scheme, located off the Kings Road SW3, have ranged from £900,000 for a one bedroom residence to £4 million for a larger three bedroom residence. All of the apartments, except for the unreleased apartment that has been interior designed by the renowned Kerstin Williams, which is now available for £3.95m, have been sold.

    The new residences, designed by MSMR architects, offer a selection of one, two and three bedroom apartments with secure underground parking, porterage and a beautiful landscaped courtyard.
    Native Land bought the freehold of Waldron House, a 37,000 sq ft building in June 2009 from Warner (Music Group.) The scheme, which has recently been completed, has been transformed from offices into eight luxury apartments and has secured prices of up to £2,450 per sq ft in the sales it has generated.
