Native Land is pleased to announce the appointment of Will Richards as Investment Management Advisor, supporting the long-standing relationships with capital partners and investors across Asia.

Will, based in Hong Kong, will work closely with Native Land’s shareholders and partners across the region, including in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Malaysia.

Bringing more than 12 years of international investment experience, Will worked most recently as Director within Savills’ Asia Pacific Capital Markets and Global Cross Border Investment teams in Hong Kong and Seoul. Here he advised global institutional clients on investment and development strategies across the UK and Asia Pacific region.

With deep knowledge of both the London and Asia Pacific markets, Will will play a key role in supporting Native Land in originating opportunities with new and existing capital partners, complementing our long-standing network of investors across Asia.

London remains one of the world’s most liquid and transparent real estate markets and according to CBRE’s analysis, continues to attract a high proportion of cross-border investment, with Asian investors representing a major share of demand for prime mixed-use, commercial, and residential assets. Will’s expertise will strengthen Native Land’s ability to connect Asian investors with high-quality UK investment opportunities.
