Launching in Spring 2025, Opus at Bankside Yards, will offer previously unseen views of London alongside exceptional amenities for its residents. Featured in this month’s Tatler, GQ, Vogue and House & Garden magazine, the 50-storey residential building will offer 249 apartments, with four floors of the building dedicated to private residents’ amenities. These include a bouldering wall, a padel court, a podcast studio, as well as a restaurant, bar and terrace on the 23rd floor – complete with panoramic views of the city.
The first residential building to complete within the Bankside Yards development, Opus has been designed with sustainability in mind. A 100% electric building, Opus will be part of the UK’s only fifth generation energy sharing network that effectively balances heating and cooling, resulting in significantly reduced energy consumption throughout.
