Arbor is a finalist in the 2025 MIPIM Awards!

We’re delighted to announce that our multi-award winning 223,000 sq ft workplace built for the future has been selected as a finalist in the category for Best Workplace Experience.

Arbor embodies Native Land’s commitment to ESG, offering diverse workspace for diverse occupiers. Designed to inspire and promote big ideas, the 19-storey building, designed by PLP Architecture, is part of Bankside Yards, the UK’s first fossil-fuel-free hyper-mixed development, situated on the river Thames.

The shortlists for the awards were announced at a press conference in Paris this afternoon. Arbor has been shortlisted alongside four other pioneering, international projects and we are delighted to be representing the UK in the workplace experience category.

The winner will be announced at the MIPIM Awards Ceremony on 13th March, 6.30pm at the Palais des Festivals, Cannes. The chosen winner will be decided by a combination of public vote and the jury decision. Voting is available online and on site at MIPIM – you must be registered for MIPIM to attend the ceremony.
