Native Land has announced six Director promotions as it expands its existing portfolio of premium mixed-use, residential, and commercial developments in London and key cities.
As Director – Residential Sales & Private Clients, Mark Campbell is responsible for private client transactions throughout Native Land’s prime residential development and investment portfolio including 100 George Street W1 in Marylebone, and prime central London’s tallest new residential building, Opus, launching this Spring.
Maria Gray has been promoted to Director – Asset Management, Residential leading on the design, delivery, and ongoing asset management of Native Land’s residential portfolio, including New Eidyn at St James Quarter in Edinburgh.
Robert Harris becomes Development Director – Regeneration, advancing projects such as St Mary’s Wharf in Guildford, a transformational mixed-use scheme on brownfield land creating 185 apartments, new restaurants and business space. Looking ahead, Robert will continue to identify and develop new opportunities in strong UK city centres.
Felicity Masefield has been promoted to Director – Asset Management & ESG, leading the asset management of Native Land’s commercial portfolio and developing and implementing a cohesive corporate sustainability strategy. This includes Arbor, part of the £2.5 billion Bankside Yards development on the South Bank, the UK’s first fossil fuel-free major mixed-use scheme in operation. Arbor, the multi-award-winning office building, is already 75% let to a strong set of globally renowned occupiers, including FTSE 100 and NYSE-listed companies.
As Director – Capital Markets, Kirsty Monteith is responsible for financial strategy managing both debt and equity maximising returns for both Native Land and the portfolio. Kirsty oversees Native Land’s capital raising, debt financing, equity structuring of existing and future major projects.
Joe White becomes Director – Prime Residential and leads the delivery of the company’s premium quality residential projects, including Kilmuir House in Belgravia. Joe also oversees the company’s Bespoke Projects service, managing the refurbishment of heritage buildings on behalf of high-net-worth individuals and landed estates.
The promotions follow the appointment of Nicholas Gray and Dan Clarke to Native Land’s Executive Board in December 2024.
