From the importance of who, what, where and why, to her biggest inspirations, Alice Gregory, Senior Marketing and PR Manager, recently sat down for an interview with BE News, sharing her greatest achievements, the biggest challenges she’s faced and advice for those at the start of their own career journey.

In the interview, Alice reflects on how varied her work can be, spanning project marketing, corporate communications, placemaking and a wide range of UK and international events:

“I feel very fortunate that my role provides me with such variety in the day to day.”

When discussing what attracted her to the property industry, Alice’s highlights her inquisitive nature and people‑focused outlook:

“I like to understand the way in which people live and what’s important to them – the “who, what, where, why” is always at the forefront of what I do. This rhetoric can be applied across all property sectors, from retail to commercial.”

Her proudest moment to date? The launch of Opus at Bankside Yards. Coordinating the sales gallery opening, a 500‑plus guest event and several digital and international sales initiatives presented a significant challenge, but one that became a defining moment:

“It was a herculean effort by all, but one that people still talk about a year on…. Experiencing the Opus launch party come together perfectly in May 2025 – it’s a moment I will never forget.”
