100 George Street W1 has been featured as the Gentleman’s Journal Property of the Week.
With the apartments set to be complete in Spring 2025, Gentleman’s Journal shared news of the recently launched show apartment, with interiors designed by Chapman Eugène. The Georgian-inspired architecture was designed by Hopkins Architects, with the finished space set to offer its residents amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness studio, a library, residents’ lounge and meeting room, and a sauna.
Internationally, the Italian financial newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore has reported on the ‘boom in sales’ of the Marylebone apartments, with over half of the 100 George Street W1 properties already sold. Highlighting the ‘first-class design’ of the residences, Nicol Degli Innocenti also cites the desirability of Marylebone to overseas buyers as well as British ones.
Director at Native Land, Nicholas Gray, shared:
“Our aim was to create a new benchmark for luxury residential in London in the perfect setting.”
