South Kensington Station

Native Land is working with Transport for London (TfL) and architect Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners to develop plans to restore and improve South Kensington Tube station and the surrounding streets, respecting the heritage of the area. The proposals include around 40 additional homes, a new range of shops, restaurants and workspaces, and step-free station access to the ticket hall and District and Circle line platforms via a new entrance on Thurloe Street. As well as restoring the historic station arcade and improving the main station entrances, the development will improve properties around the station in a way that properly reflects the importance of this unique location.
