Cheyne Terrace, a residential scheme developed in joint venture partnership between Native Land, Grosvenor and an international Family Office, has been shortlisted by the Society of British and International Design (SBID), International Design Awards, 2014.
Designed by MSMR Architects, and nominated in the New Build and Development category, Cheyne Terrace is a prime residential development located between the King’s Road and Cheyne Walk in Chelsea, SW3.
This residential project will provide 26 private and 13 affordable housing apartments, together with leisure facilities, ancillary accommodation and underground parking. The fitness centre includes a 10 meter swimming pool, a fully equipped gymnasium, steam room, private treatment room and changing facilities.
