Native Land and Brookfield Multiplex held a ‘topping out’ ceremony to mark the final stage of the construction of a new prime residential development in Holland Park, London.
Alasdair Nicholls, CEO of Native Land and Tim Atkinson, Project Director at Brookfield Multiplex were both present at the ceremony along with Sean Masterson, the Director and Michael O’Hagan, the Managing Director of Getjar Ltd. During the ceremony, speeches were made by Executive Director Tim Atkinson, Project Director Nic Finden from Brookfield Multiplex, and Development Director Andrew Locke from Native Land.
Once complete the development, designed by architect John McAslan + Partners, will comprise 68 homes plus 4 penthouses all overlooking landscaped gardens. Other facilities include a 20 metre swimming pool, gymnasium, spa, business suite, club room, cinema room and library.
Andrew Locke, Development Director at Native Land said: “It is fantastic to see the construction progressing so quickly. Brookfield Multiplex and Getjar have achieved a really good quality concrete frame which is an important milestone for the project. Thanks to the whole team for their hard work in achieving the topping out on programme.”

The development is due to be complete by March 2017.
