• Alasdair Nicholls, Chief Executive of Native Land, has been named by Property Week as one of the country’s top 20 most influential people in residential property.

  Property Week recognised Nicholls, while working for Taylor Woodrow Capital Developments, for introducing the concept of the celebrity architect-designed residential development when he commissioned Richard Rogers to design the Montevetro building in Battersea.

  Alasdair was also recognised for the resounding success of NEO Bankside, where the first phase of the scheme is almost 100% sold and the second phase is ‘to date’ 40% sold.

  Graham Stirk, the architect behind Native Land’s NEO Bankside scheme, was also included in the list.

  Alasdair established Native Land in 2003 and in 2008 the company was one of three winners of Bank of Scotland Corporate and Property Week’s £30m Search for Property Entrepreneurs. The company continues to grow and develop some of prime London’s most desirable schemes including Campden Hill in Holland Park and Florian Place on Albert Embankment .
