Native Land has sold all of the 14 luxury apartments in its St Botolph’s development, securing record prices of £950 per sq ft in the sales it has generated – a record for Spitalfields.
The scheme, designed by Matthew Lloyd Architects, fronts onto the award winning Bishop’s Square and is located immediately adjacent to the Grade II listed St Botolph’s Hall and directly opposite Allen & Overy’s UK HQ building.
St Botolph’s progressive studio, one and two bedroom apartments are designed over four floors and combine distinguished design, including floor to ceiling windows and terracotta cladding, with practical living space. The scheme will qualify for a “Very Good” Eco Homes rating and will be covered by a grass sedum roof.
James Henderson, Director of Native Land comments: “We’re delighted to have sold St Botolph’s in just six weeks. We knew we were delivering a high quality product in a desirable location but the test was how long it would take to sell in the current climate. This performance alone demonstrates that the high-end market in London remains healthy and robust.”
