Native Land’s Sophia Jarvie, assistant development executive, has ranked 74th in Property Week’s Hot 100, a definitive list of the most talented under-35s in the real estate market. Compiled every five years, the Hot 100 showcases property’s rising stars as nominated by the industry.
Sophia, 26, joined Native Land in 2009 after completing an MA in property valuation and law at Cass Business School. She has worked on some of Native Land’s most prestigious projects including NEO Bankside, a £400m world class residential scheme on London’s South Bank, Alpha Place in Chelsea and Campden Hill, a two-acre luxury residential development overlooking Holland Park.
