Now in its seventh year and the world’s largest Architectural Awards programme, WAN recognises outstanding architectural design across the globe.
Jointly developed by Native Land and Grosvenor, the multi-award winning NEO Bankside has become one of London’s most well-known new developments. The unique set of four residential pavilions, designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners and ranging from 12 to 24 storeys in height, has set new standards in design excellence and residential living.
Alasdair Nicholls, Chief Executive of Native Land, said:
“The World Architecture News Awards is one of the most highly regarded in the industry, and we are very pleased that the pioneering design has been recognised in NEO Bankside’s shortlisting for residential development of 2014.”
NEO Bankside has won numerous awards since its inception including ‘Best Landscaped Development’ at the Sunday Times British Home Awards, ‘Development of the Year’ at Property Week’s 2012 RESI Awards and ‘Best Development’ at the 2011 International Property Awards.
