    Native Land moves offices to the Southbank

    A partnership of Native Land Limited and Hwa Hong Corporation Limited of Singapore has purchased Pavilion E at NEO Bankside for £5.2 million. Pavilion E is a 5 storey commercial building, located on Southwark Street, close to Tate Modern and adjacent to Native Land’s mixed use NEO Bankside development.

    Pavilion E at NEO Bankside consists of 7,300 sq ft spread over 5 storeys, with the ground floor holding consent for A1, A3 and B1 use. Native Land has signed a 15 year lease, moving its operations from Mayfair to the Southbank and intends to sub let two floors.

    Alasdair Nicholls, Chief Executive of Native Land, said:
