To celebrate the worldwide launch of NEO Bankside, Native Land and Grosvenor, welcomed nearly 500 guests to celebrate with them on 11th May. Guests included industry professionals, press and journalist, purchasers and occupants as well as investors. There were a number of musicians and performance artists scattered throughout the development, including the unique group, Pyromania, who put on a griping show of acrobatics, neon lights and a spectacular finale of flames and fireworks. Situated adjacent to Tate Modern, the Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners designed scheme, comprises 199 luxury apartments and 11,000 sq. ft. of retail space. NEO Bankside is a world class development that has contributed towards transforming the South Bank.
To date, the development has received unprecedented levels of interest, which has translated into over £140 million worth of sales. Demand for the remaining units is expected to stay at this high level over the coming months as further units are released onto the market.

Pavilion A is now complete and occupied, Pavilion B will complete in the Summer 2011 and the whole of the remainder of the development will complete in spring 2012.
