Leading London residential and mixed use development company Native Land is set to expand its development team further, with the appointment of Oliver Lindsay as Development Executive. Projects he will be involved with will include the 5.3 million sq ft residential and leisure scheme at Silvertown Quays, the high profile Bankside IV project and completion of 10 Montrose Place, in Belgravia.
Oliver Lindsay joins Native Land from Knight Frank, where he has worked since 2004 within the firm’s development and professional teams, focusing on both national and London-based projects. Prior to joining Knight Frank, he worked with Nabarro Nathanson, within its property finance team, and Merrill Lynch.
Alasdair Nicholls, Chief Executive, commented: “Native Land is growing at a rapid rate – by over 50% in three years – and we continue to seek new opportunities in London. We are delighted to welcome Oliver to the company, and believe that his experience in the development world will allow us to push a number of our schemes ahead even more quickly.”
