Holland Park Villas sets a new benchmark for quality in the super-prime central London residential
development market. The development delivers an unparalleled combination of premium location, layouts
and specifications, extensive amenities together with exceptional interiors and landscape design. Native Land purchased this two-acre site from the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea in January 2010 in a 50/50 joint-venture with Grosvenor. Native Land delivered an enhanced planning permission in July 2011 for 72 private apartments, together with 96 affordable homes to be built on three separate sites across the Borough. Native Land subsequently put in place a financing deal for the development phase with investment partners Hotel Properties Limited (HPL) and Amcorp Properties Berhad (Amcorp), alongside debt finance from Singaporean banking groups OCBC and DBS.
