Native Land was established in May 2003 by Alasdair Nicholls and Jonathan Mantovani, respectively former Managing Director and Development Director of Taylor Woodrow Capital Developments, together with Keith Egerton, former Chief Executive of Taylor Woodrow plc. In May 2007 Buccleuch Property acquired a 50% share in the business and David Peck, Managing Director of Buccleuch Property, was appointed Chairman of the Native Land board.
Combining many years of experience from various backgrounds including acquisition and planning, development management, marketing and sales, the Native Land team is one of the most respected in the residential and mixed use development sector.
